Please, note that payments take at least two to three working days (from Monday to Friday) to arrive. The administration takes another day to create the invoice, which is sent after this by the Organizing Secretariat to the participant. We thank you for your patience.

Registration Procedure

All registrations/reservations to the EUROMIT 2023 must be made through the online form.
In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed by your University.

Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.

Members’ fees are reserved for members of E-mit. For more information on how to become a member, please visit the Membership page of the E-mit website.

Please, note that new memberships will be possible from April onwards.

Your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.

In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying independently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

No pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
Any change of the invoice details (such as address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Italian participants only:
Per il rilascio delle fatture elettroniche intestate alle pubbliche amministrazioni (comprese Università, Enti ed Istituti di Ricerca), il partecipante, dopo aver inserito tutti i dati di intestazione dell’ente, comprensivi di Codice Univoco Ufficio, dovrà far pervenire copia dell’ordine amministrativo all’indirizzo:

Policy cancellation for Congress fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:

  • Full refund for cancellations received before 30 April 2023 (midnight CEST);
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between May 1st and May 21st 2023 (midnight CEST);
  • No refunds will be granted after May 22nd 2022 (midnight CEST).

All refunds will be processed starting one month after the Conference. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.

Save time and book an accommodation when registering to the EUROMIT 2023!

In order to finalize your booking you will be asked to provide a credit card details, which will be used only as guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well:
• 3,00 € per person per night for max 70,99 €
• 4,00 € per person per night for 71-120,99 €
• 5,00 € per person per night for over 121 €

In accordance with Law 196/2003 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 all data provided will be treated for running the course and will be added in our database to receive further invitations to similar congress.
The data owner could access all the information available to us and could exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to the treatment as expected from the Privacy Law by sending a request to the address: info@euromit2023.eu

VISA letters can be asked to the Organizing Secretariat at info@euromit2023.eu, only after registering for the conference and paying the registration fee.

The Organizing Secretariat cannot send VISA letters before registration for security reasons.

To be considered for the scientific programme, authors have to register before April 16th, 2023.

Authors can only present one abstract at the Congress as presenting authors, whether as an oral presentation, as a flash talk or as a poster. If more than one abstract is accepted, at least one co-author for the second abstract will have to register for the conference before the deadline for the authors’ registration.

  • 15th May 2023 (midnight CEST) – Closing submissions for Late Breaking News

  • 30th May 2023 (midnight CEST) – Final Deadline for Regular Registration


Please, note that all registration deadlines are meant for registration on the online form AND payment. If you pay after the Early Bird registration deadline, you will have to pay the Regular registration fee.
Authors must register AND pay within the authors' registration deadline.
