Time to Euromit 2023

Instructions for authors

Here you can find the instructions that authors have to take into consideration for their presentations during Euromit 2023.

Length: 10 minutes.

A Q&A will close every session, giving participants and authors the time to ask and answer any questions.

Slides Presentation:

  • Quality and size: HD or more, 16:9 (at least 1920×1080 px)
  • Font: for accessibility purposes, we suggest using a sans-serif font like Arial, Calibri or Lato.
  • Format: PowerPoint or pdf
  • Colours: for accessibility purposes, we suggest using colours with good contrast (i.e. avoiding white writings on yellow backgrounds; prioritizing black on white)
  • Conference logo: you can download it here. Please, insert it in your slides.

Please, note that authors will have to bring their Slides on a USB drive to the Slides Center, inside the Conference Venue.

Length: 1 minute.

IMPORTANT: authors of flash talks have to present a poster, too. See below for details on poster presentations.

  • Font: for accessibility purposes, we suggest using a sans-serif font like Arial, Calibri or Lato.
  • Colours: for accessibility purposes, we suggest using colours with good contrast (i.e. avoiding white writings on yellow backgrounds; prioritizing black on white)
  • Conference logo: you can download it here. Please, insert it in your poster.

Poster printing: posters must be brought already printed by authors.

Poster session: posters will be presented during the poster sessions, in which authors will stand by their posters to present them to those participants who want to know more about their work. Each poster session will have different posters.

Please, note that authors will have to bring their own posters already printed to the Conference.

The position of the poster will be comunicated on site. More information will be available at the Information Desk.

IMPORTANT: Posters will have to be taken out at the end of the Conference day in order to make space for the posters of the following day; otherwise, posters will be taken by the Organizing Secretariat and disposed of.
